What features are available with each pack?

All the features we have to offer, with the exception of white-label solutions and e-marketing, are available with every package above.

White labeling solutions, Page-view overages and emails sent are considered extras.

How many pages are allowed per PDF uploaded?

Each PDF uploaded can have up to 1000 pages. Yes, you read right - one thousand!

What if I need more ePub Licenses than my package allows in a given month?

You can upgrade, or downgrade your account pack at any time. Some restrictions apply.

I only need to publish one document for now, can I still sign up?

Of course you can. Contact us to inquire about individual ePub License pricing.

What happens if I exceed my allowed page views in a given month?

We've given each pack plenty of page views. If you do go over however, you'll be charged the following month at a rate of $1 per 1000 page-views over. If you only go 999 over, you won't be charged - we round down!

If I need to make a change to a document, can I swap out old pages?

Yes! Using our page-replacement tool you can replace up to 30% of the pages in any document, at any time, without using an additional ePub License. You can even replace the entire document within 12 hours of uploading.

Do my ePub Licenses carry over to the following month if I don't use them all?

No. The number of ePub Licenses available in a month must be used within that month.

What if I want to modify, cancel or suspend my account?

With ten business days notice before your next billing cycle you can make changes to your account including moving to Sleep Mode, downgrading your monthly Pack or Canceling your account all together (hopefully not!)

Why are your prices so much more affordable than other similar or less feature-rich providers?

Well, after extensive market research and number-crunching, we discovered 2 things:
  1. Unlike many of our competitors, our system does not rely on any manual processes and can therefore handle heavy usage with less overhead.
  2. We don't want you thinking about our platform as a "per-document" tool. We want you to have the freedom to use if whenever you need.
